2. Course Enrollment Fees
All enrollment fees secure a spot in the selected course and schedule.
Due to limited availability, all payments are generally non-refundable.
Enrollment confirms commitment to the selected program duration and schedule.
3. Weekly and Monthly Payment Plans
Weekly or monthly payments are charged according to the selected plan.
Failure to attend scheduled classes does not qualify for a refund.
Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited unless approved in writing.
4. Cancellations by the Student
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the course start date.
Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
Approved cancellations prior to the start date may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Rescheduling & Schedule Changes
Schedule changes are subject to availability and administrative approval.
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance.
Papi Media School does not guarantee availability in alternative time slots.
6. Cancellations or Changes by Papi Media School
We reserve the right to:
Modify schedules due to unforeseen circumstances
Substitute instructors if necessary
Cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, technical issues, or force majeure events
If a course is canceled by Papi Media School before it begins, students may be offered a reschedule or credit toward a future program.
7. Equipment Usage Fees
Courses involving professional equipment may incur additional costs.
Equipment-related fees are non-refundable once equipment use has been confirmed or scheduled.
Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, or employment outcomes.
Completion of a course does not guarantee job placement or income.
9. Force Majeure
Papi Media School is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or health emergencies.
