1. Consultation & Service Approval

All services provided by The Media Papi are subject to an initial consultation and project evaluation. No service, studio booking, production setup, or infrastructure deployment is confirmed until the project scope is reviewed and approved by our team.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance to secure any service.

  • Payment instructions will be provided after consultation and project approval.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, ACH, wire transfer, or other approved methods communicated directly by The Media Papi.

  • Payments must clearly reference the client name and project description.

Failure to complete payment will result in the booking being unconfirmed and unavailable.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.

Once confirmed:

  • Studio time, equipment, crew, infrastructure, and/or locations are reserved exclusively for the client.

  • A confirmation email will be issued outlining the agreed service details.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the full payment.

5. Scope Modifications

Any changes to the approved project scope — including time extensions, additional equipment, crew, locations, or infrastructure — may incur additional fees.
Such changes must be approved and paid prior to execution.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Media Papi shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical failures, client delays, or third-party services.

7. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By submitting a consultation request, booking a service, or completing a payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Booking Policy.
